Setting up Company Details with Smart Wizard
The Smart Wizard within our ERP system offers a streamlined way to input essential details about your company, accounting data, and reporting preferences. This feature is designed to customize your experience and ensure that your ERP platform is tailored to your specific business needs.
1. Company Data
This step is crucial for tailoring the ERP system to your business needs and ensuring smooth operation. Below are the recommended fields to fill, as they are necessary for most businesses:

Company Logo: Upload your company logo to personalize your ERP interface and enhance brand visibility within the platform.

Company Name: Input your company's official name to ensure accurate identification and representation within the ERP system.

Company Country: Specify the country where your company operates to facilitate localization and compliance with regional regulations.
In addition to the above, you have the option to provide further details to enhance your company profile:

Official Legal Commercial Registration: Input your official registration details to establish legal validity and compliance.

Tax/VAT ID: Enter your Tax or VAT identification number for taxation and invoicing purposes.

Contact Details: Provide contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses to facilitate communication within the ERP system.

Address: Input your company's physical address for shipping, billing, and other logistical purposes.
By completing these details through the Smart Wizard, you ensure that your ERP system is configured accurately to reflect your company's identity and comply with relevant regulations. This enhances operational efficiency and provides a solid foundation for utilizing the ERP platform effectively.
2. Accounting Data
In the accounting data section of the Smart Wizard, you'll be prompted to enter specific details that are crucial for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate reporting within your ERP system. Below are the fields you'll encounter:

Main Currency: Specify the primary currency used for financial transactions within your company.

Active Currencies: Configure additional currencies that your business operates in, if applicable. This allows you to conduct transactions and generate reports in multiple currencies, enhancing flexibility for international operations.

Default Sale Tax: Define the default sales tax rate applicable to your products or services.

Default Purchase Tax: Specify the default purchase tax rate for items purchased by your company. Similar to the sales tax, this rate will be applied to purchase transactions by default.
To customize your ERP system specifically to your company you may enable the default terms and conditions:

Default Terms & Conditions (Optional): You have the option to add default terms and conditions to your invoices, quotations, and orders. These terms outline the agreement between your company and customers or suppliers and can include payment terms, delivery details, and other relevant information.
Completing these fields ensures that your ERP system is configured accurately to handle accounting processes according to your business requirements.
3. Reports
The third part of the Smart Setup Wizard focuses on customizing the layout of your reports. This step allows you to personalize the appearance of your reports by defining the Report Footer and Report Top Left Header. Here's how you can configure these elements:
By customizing the Report Footer and Report Top Left Header, you can ensure that your reports reflect your brand identity and provide recipients with pertinent information. These customization options enhance the professional appearance of your reports and reinforce your company's image.
As you input data into each field, the Smart Wizard will mark completed sections in green, providing visual feedback on your progress.
Once you are done you can click on the "Submit" button to access your ERP.
